St. George Island is a barrier island surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and the Apalachicola Bay. It consistently rates as one of the top beaches in the U.S. There are miles of uncrowded beaches, clear Gulf waters, and pristine marshes for wildlife viewing. The state park at the east end of the island is stunningly beautiful!
