The Blarney Stone is the rectangular rock with metal straps holding it to the bottom of the parapet.
To kiss it one lays done on one's back on the metal bars while an attendant hangs on to you; then wiggles forward to kiss the bottom of the stone. Was not on the Stoutamire list of things to do this day thanks very much.
